General Information:

Attendance
Regular attendance and active participation is essential to the success of the club. If a member is not able to attend a meeting they are expected to inform the chamber in advance. They can share their leads at that time and they will be passed along at the meeting. If a member is absent from 3 consecutive meetings, without a valid reason, and/or without notifying the chamber, they will be removed from the club.

Observers
A potential member may attend one meeting as the guest of a member to observe the proceedings.

New members
Potential new members are required to complete the application form and forward it to the chamber. The chamber will cause the application to be circulated via email to all members of the club seeking their support for the new member. If there are any dissenting votes, the membership will not be granted. This process should take approximately 2 weeks.

Alternates
A member of the club may send an alternate to replace him/her at a meeting.

Confidentiality
All discussions, leads, and information sharing that takes place at the meetings is considered private and strictly confidential.

The Leads Generation Club meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 12 to 1 p.m. at the Timmins Chamber of Commerce Boardroom. LGC Members are expected to bring their own lunch.
